Every now and then, teachers are evaluated base on how they write their lesson plans daily. There is no way of writing a lesson plan ahead for the next day because the teacher must get the percentage mean score of the learners in the formative assessment after teaching the lesson. The PMS serves as the basis for reteaching or moving on.
Many students are happy about their teachers being very busy complying the requirement on lesson planning because they don't have classes most of the time. Most teachers cannot finish writing 8 lesson plans at night and/or at dawn so they spend the class hours in writing LPs.
