I used the DSPACE DS-1104 controller for implementing the direct torque controlled induction motor drive. Now I have a doubt that how to find the execution time and bandwidth for the above model. Please help me as above mentioned issue and also suggest me the good material/papers for detail information.
You have already implemented the drive using the DS-1104? You begin by creating a block diagram of the controller and plant using steps that are simple enough for you to benchmark each one. As you create the code for a block, benchmark it using a profiler for the worse-case input conditions (the ones that take the most time to process). That is the latency for the block. repeat this step for the remaining blocks. If you have interrupts controlling PWM register updates, you will need to add in the context switching latency for each IRQ and whatever latency there is for switching RTOS tasks or threads, assuming you are using an RTOS. You should also have a set of requirements for the motor in terms of maximum rate of change, slip angle at full load, pwm switching rates, etc. With this information you should be able to produce a timing diagram for the control system that will let you predict loop frequency response. the motor is always going to be orders of magnitude slower than the loop, so the bottleneck will be the PWM response.

First of all you need Simulink model working with fixed step. I have controlled induction motor with dspace 1103 and execution time about 30 microseconds. And hysteresis blocks bandwidth should to be about % 2-5 of reference values. An you will also need dead-time board. it not possible to create with simulink blocks as software due to high sampling time.
