I’m planning to investigate the execution rate of Prefabrication in construction industry as it is relatively low in many countries. Could anyone suggest for me any references about the execution rate of Prefabrication for different countries, except US,UK, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

in Germany we have an official statistics for new construction of buildings. We can therein differ between residential and non-residential buildings. Values are given for a relatively long time period from 2001 to 2013.
The statistics delivers values for the number of buildings and their gross built volume (gbv). Both values are available for the sum of the buildings as well as for the buildings, which are constructed by prefabricated elements. So it is possible to calculate the ratio between prefabrication and all. If we do this calculation with number of buildings we receive completely different results than using the gbv.
The data are available from the GENESIS-online database (see link).
Because these pages are completely in German, I've calculated the execution rates for you based on these data an drew a diagram. The excel-sheet is attached.

Please refer to Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia. Some project depends on GBV also. Some rely on factory production. You can also established it by doing few cases study and take the norm of execution process.
