Hi. Not possible to get the exact quantity. Estimated dyes discharged into water are in the range of 30,000 - 150,000 t/annum.

I read a recent paper published in 2020. This paper stated that the estimated amount of the organic dyes poured in the natural water is in the range of 0.8 million tons.

take samples and read it out using spectrophotometer, then from spectrum of each dye you can estimate the quantity.
