Try using kaggle https://www.kaggle.com/ for collection data and then use CNN on the same data

if you have CSV dataset, you cant use the weka tool with zero effort.

steps :

load the data

handle the missing values

use oversampling methods to make the data balance

use the scaling method

you can use feature selection methods (optional)

chose the classification method (RF one of the most powerful models )

use cross-validation (k=3 or 5 or 10)
