I am trying to study the effect of limb darkening effect in the optics of parabolic trough solar collector with tubular receiver.

Will it change the LCR or LCR remain same as obtained using uniform sun shape?

Limb darkenening is a part of the sunshape. I would suggest you consider sunshape more broadly in your work, including circumsolar radiation. Our study considered point-focus systems, but the same effects are at play in line-focus systems as well.
