how we can say from reflection co-efficient graph that whether the antenna is zeroth order or negative order.

If that resonant frequency is varied in accordance to every dimensions of the antenna then it is other than ZOR mode. If that mode is configured by the unitcells dimensions then only we can say that this is ZOR mode and n=-1 mode is just left mode to the ZOR mode...
There are so many ways with the help of which we can say that this particular mode is ZOR and the next is FOR and Previous one is NOR.
1. First way is by Dispersion relation. (Beta= n*pi/L) where n is mode number L is the physical length of the resonator.
2. By Vectored Electric field distribution.

There are definitions of the order and multiplicity of resonance. Do you mean in terms of these definitions or somewhat others?
