I have observed that there are many definitions of spirit that appear in the questions and answers of researchers RG. One may ask: ' what is 'the' spirit? Then, it is said that it is a supersensible entity intended as the beginning of life. This is the common denominator that seems I have found in the writings that have appeared in RG . It is whether or not the indestructible part of the human being, the part that death does not have the power to destroy because nothing and no one could extinguish - in its essence - the ' Will ' itself. Therefore , 'the' spirit is a substance that has neither form nor color, nor extension, nor divisibility into parts. It is also said that 'the' spirit is a fundamental principle, the essence of which is emotional in nature : it is a principle that initiates the action by determining the character of a person. So, there are many descriptions of what 'the' spirit is. Those definitions that are more convincing for my studies, I’ll summarize them by saying that 'the' Spirit is " pure act", in other words is the true reality of thought and nothing out of it is real. The spirit puts its subject as multiplicity and reabsorbs itself as the very moment of its being , " self-concept " that resolves itself in all reality, thinking that you know how will be realized : the self-concept is ‘self-achieved’ and knows itself in the three moments of :"pure subject ", " pure object " , and the Spirit as a unit or process of thought in which they are necessarily co-present: the subject (the individual who is thinking ) and the object ( what is thought ), real only in the Spirit itself. Furthermore, 'the spirit' is the dimension of experience that goes beyond , as an intuitive element , the scope of demonstrative reason and brings the inexpressible without being bound to the canons that are regulatory defaults.
Another question is: ‘what is 'a' spirit.
When we have to do with the question: 'What is 'a' spirit, it is intended to refer to something different from what is 'the' spirit. Usually, when we speak of 'a' spirit, it is associated with the concept of leadership, namely it possesses the virtue that indicates the path to take in life. In essence, it refers to the concept of 'freedom'. We also consider the characteristic of 'a' spirit of being constructive or critical.
