Sharing Economy is a part of Collaborative Consumption. In other words every sharing economy platform will be collaborative consumption platform, but not always converserly. I also made some research on this topic and I think that the main difference is that sharing economy is about different forms of transactions than simply buying, so bartering, renting, lending between peers - in my opinion also companies (when it's not typical transaction of purchasing goods, so for instance when the companies are lending their furnitures to each other). Collaborative consumption is more about the way we consume. We consume without the need to buy new things or own particular things,. In other words: collaborative consumption is also about buying goods rather pre-owned, but also new ones, even though made by peers, what "sharing" shouldn't include. In Polish Report about Collaborative Economy you can find the info that sharing economy is about P2P, and partially B2C platforms vs. collaborative consumption which includes all type of business so P2P, B2C and B2B. Such a statement is helpful, but not 100% true in my opinion.
following you will find some useful definition of sharing economy, collaborative consumption, collaborative economy by Rachel Botsman, one of the main theorist of collaborative consumption. Hope this would help you.
Hope it is useful for you, I have done some research based on the difference you mention. At lex link you will find definitions, concretely in point 9.
I also attach our research paper (but it is in spanish).
