What is the difference between Nernstian response -59mV/pH and Near nernstian response -52mV/pH?

in my research the near nernstian response of -52mV/pH was observed. so what is the explaination of this....what is the reason that my sample does not reach to the nernstian response. and also if the sample will reach to super nernstian response of -60mV/pH what will be the reason?

-59mV/pH means the thermodynamic equilibrium conditions. But in real, the sample may not reach the equilibrium state. But the closer to the theoretical response means closer to no net flux of ions.
