Systematic Review:
Systematic reviews are literature reviews that adhere closely to a set of
scientific methods that explicitly aim to limit systematic error (bias), mainly
by attempting to identify, appraise and synthesize all relevant studies (of

Metaanalysis:
The statistical analysis of a large collection of analysis results for the purpose of integrating the findings. (Glass 1976)

Cochrane collaboration is a good source for answering that question. Here: http://www.cochrane.org/about-us/evidence-based-health-care/webliography/books/sysrev they provide a lot of literature which can help you understand what the difference is (hint: a meta-analysis and systematic review are not necessarily mutually exclusive!).
