I intend to publish several articles in form of manuscripts and review articles from my thesis

In my thesis , I was the first author , 2nd Guide and third author was co-guide . In our college , the statistician name is not placed in the thesis despite his contribution.

Q1. As I plan to publish several articles from my thesis , but I want to keep only two authors name 1st my name and 2nd the statistician name . I dont want my co- guide and guide to be part of the manuscript I will be preparing from the thesis as they are least interested . So my question is on keeping two author only i.e me and the biostatistician am I violating ICJME guidelines for authorship ?

Q2. Suppose other than us two , some one else who was not involved in thesis but is ready to help in writing the manuscript , revise and analyse it , can I include them as 3rd co-author .

Does this violate the ICJME guideline for authorship
