Shabir H Wani so far I know, Impact Factor (IF) generally comes from the JCR (Journal Citation Report) of WoS; JCR provides the specific IF for various SCI, SSCI indexed journals based on calculation, thank you

Dear Shabir H Wani do you have an example? Indeed as said by Ahmed Al Asheq basically JCR and a SCIE (SCI no longer exists) are the same (owned by Clarivate). Best regards.
PS. Added 16-1-2021 A general warning, as indicated by Bilal A. Padder , there are many false/fake impact factors around, see for examples of these so-called misleading metrics: https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/
The above one's have nicely explained. There's is only one IF that's from clarivate. There's is trend in a few journals that write IF but actually they are not listed in JCR. They write it because they want researchers to submit papers in their journals
JCR is a reliable source for measuring IF based on Clarivate Analytics and provides five years of IF. And as explained above JCR and SCIE are nearly the same in terms of measuring the citations (SCI exists no longer). I fully agree with Dr. Bilal A. Padder, that this is the trend to submit the papers.
