Intellectual capital has more power then organizational capital  but the utilization is difference. Intellectual capital can generate organizational capital in the sense of business. 

Human resource is the greatest asset, organizational capital is worth nothing in absence of human capital.......................  

The combination of intellectual capital of individuals make up the capital of an organization. if intellectual capital of staff is weak or not well selected or combined, it will have adverse effects on the organization capital.
