What is the difference between constitutional control and legal control?
In the legal system of my country, Mexico, ordinary judges exercise legal control to determine whether conduct complies with what is established exactly in the law, and on that basis, it issues sentences and imposes sanctions. Constitutional control, on the other hand, is exercised by the higher courts, which determine whether the acts or facts judged are consistent with constitutional values and, especially, whether they respect human rights. In the event of a dispute between two human rights (what is called a "collision of rights"), the judge weighs which right should prevail in that circumstance.

Constitutional control follows or obedient to measures provided in the organic law while legal control governed by provisions in other law sources that can be abrogated or change easily
In legal control , there is a punishment for violating the provisions of the law, but in constitutional control , punishment is usually moral, or it may be in the form of canceling what is contrary to the constitution.
