What is the difference among not sinous and sinous in plate of calcaerous ring from sea cucumber?

This question refer to determine what genus of its taxonomy level by looking the identification keys for sea cucumber, especially Holothuriidae. In addition, I still don't understand calcaerous ring. So, can anyone explain it?
