In fact, a lot of academicians are still unaware of the criteria according to which a university is evaluated by the the system of the world university ranking. I believe that these criteria should be clear and accessible to all academicians in the world so that they can contribute to developing their local universities accordingly.

There are many factors. One of them is the intellectual contributions of staff (e.g. publications)
Another important factor is the level of students satisfaction and employability after graduation
