Just recently started to record from this pathway. I am getting the correct waveform, not much noise and stable signal. However, the peak latency is very different from what the original papers had mentioned while characterizing the signal. The difference between onset and peak latency I am getting is around 5-6 milliseconds. I read that the peak latency should be 18-19 milliseconds, and I am getting it at around 13 milliseconds. Can anybody tell me why, and how to rectify it, if it does need correction?
