What is the concentration for stock and working solution of DCFDA for checking bacterial ROS?

Please suggest the concentration of stock and working solution of DCFDA and the solvent needed for making the solutions!

DCFDA ( Stock 10 mM ) in 1X PBS mixture should be added in such a

way that the working conc. becomes 20µM.
