For me his pathology is "drippingly apparent". I am attaching some of my articles which address this issue. Let me know of your own clinical observations.
Is this an attempt at politicizing the international scientific community prior to the 2020 US presidential elections?
I am no politician, but it seems wrong in so many ways to criticize and, indeed - try to qualify, a current head of state (especially your own), whether you agree with his political views or not. Was it not "embrace diverse opinions" a true American virtue?
I am not politicizing. My political affiliation is less than 1% of who I am. Trump is a clear and present danger to the US directly, and a danger to other nation-states.
I am curious what other clinicians on this platform think about his severe pathology. I am a BHC clinician w/ over 40 yrs. experience.
I am a vet of Vietnam and each day POTUS places our military in danger by persistently rejecting our intelligence community.
This note of mine was turned into something else entirely (which, by the way, was not my intention).
I understand that you have a background in military action and that you have discharged your duty to the state (which is admirable in itself) but honestly, can you say for sure that you know what the US president does and why?
After all, neither you, nor I (or hardly any other scientist here) are privy to what the US head of state does - it is way above your pay grade and, frankly, none of Research Gate scientists' business.
There are circumstances that, I am sure, you will never be aware of, but figure prominently into your president's actions. One should not discuss so freely, in my humble opinion, questions of national security or external policy-making, especially if one is not part of the official politics of his/her country.
And, no offense but, since I am not a psychologist, but a physician (and definitely not a psychiatrist), there is no need for you to follow my updates.
Thank you for your observations. The public for decades has been exposed to this celebrity since his adolescence. If interested, see the "Dangerous Case of Donald J Trump" by Bandy Lee and 26 colleagues.
I use a biopsychosocial paradigm and I like your areas of interest and perspective so I will follow your updates.
