It has been asked before for physalis, potato and tomato plants. Young tomato seedlings grown at room temperature (+20-22oC) and low humidity (65-70%) have symptoms similar to edema. There is no bacteria or fungi in the sympthomatic tissues. Spots are grouped around the ribs and found mostly on young leaves. Is it virus?
Dear Alex,
this is probably a viral mosaic (visible inclusions that have a clear edge). The disease is worse with the following factors: high temperature and humidity, lack of light and too much nitrogen in the soil.

Yellow bacteria (Pantoea) were associated with this symptoms but could not cause them in inoculation experiment. Must be repeated.

The potato leaves in greenhouse or aeroponics systems also have the similar symptoms, but only few varieties have this problems, some potato plants in Vitro also have the symptoms, I need your help.
Hello, the issue may be edema, which is often caused by high humidity levels in a greenhouse. To alleviate this symptom, it is recommended to improve air ventilation and circulation within the greenhouse.
Saman Bahrami Kamangar Thank you for your answer. When I have met it for the first time on physalis around 2011 it was not linked to air humidity, but to temperature above 25oC. Spreading patterns of the symptoms indicated possible infection process (transmitted from plant to plant by leaf and human contacts and spreading systematically upwards from infected leaf. Several pathogenic bacteria were evaluated as candidates, but finally, I found the similar disease description made in India at 1967, with Xanthomonas euvesicatoria pv. as the pathogen. RNAseq analysis identified up to 9% of xanthomonas RNA reads in the most affected potato plant (A N Ignatov et al 2021 IOP Conf. Ser.: Earth Environ. Sci. 941 012035DOI 10.1088/1755-1315/941/1/012035). Still, there is no proper method for such symptoms reproduction and no good virulent strains that can infect all the affected plant species (physalis, tomato, potato, cabbage, etc.). I attached the photo of affected potato plant after in vitro culture in winter greenhouse with 35-40% relative humidity of air.
