I am working with agarose hydrogels which are produced from powders with insoluble matter. I centrifugate it to separate these insoluble and take the supernatant to be used for research. I want to make a powdered form of the supernatant and I do not know what is the most efficient/best/economical way to do it. I am new to biomedical engineering. I'd appreciate any answer. Thanks
