One way, which has its limitations depending upon the methodology and evaluation tool, is through student evaluations of every course. Another way that is used in some universities is peer-evaluation of a course through colleagues who attend lectures and observe the faculty member's ability and knowledge. Both have their limitations. Also, some universities have meetings where best practices are shared by faculty and some universities have teaching and learning centres that focus on pedagogy, technology and best teaching practices.
In my experience the process for the management of educational qualification courses for university professors in the past years in order to ensure the quality of education requires the following:
1-Continuously to make sure the subject of the reliability of teaching to provide advanced level of education
2- Periodic evaluation of the results of the students and find out who are the weakest link in the classroom and the reasons for it
3- have to build a pyramid of knowledge in the development of teaching skills and his innovations in teaching methods Interaction
