I want free-standing film of PVDF-TrFE for application purpose. Thickness of the film is around 25 micrometer. Just for information - PVDF-TrFE film is hydrophobic in nature.
How can we modify glass substrate ? Or Any other suitable method to extract film without wearing.

Indeed, PVDF-TrFE is hydrophobic [1], so you can try sinking your polymer-coated substrate inside a pool of deionized water (or any other solvent that interacts with the substrate, but does not dissolve the film sample), and wait for the film to be detached from the substrate.
Otherwise, you can carefully peel off the film from the substrate [2].

I would suggest soaking the substrate with its supported film of poly(vinylidene fluoride)-trifluoroethylene copolymer (PVDF-TrFE) in cooled diethyl ether, possibly mixed with 'dry ice', to facilitate film detachment from the substrate. It would be necessary to proceed with great care, since the polymeric coating can easily crack or break while at low temperature. It may be judged necessary to rise somewhat the temperature of the film-substrate assembly just prior detachment, to ensure enough flexibility. The glass substrate should have been judiciously cleaned prior to film application, being also free from scratches.
