I think your answer is going to depend on how you plan to "analyze" the data.

the correlation and regression data is very good, but since the sample size is so small don't know how valid it is, thx

Can you collect similar data from more than one company, and try to use panel data? Or, are you focused on just this one company? If so, maybe you will need to add qualitative methods to explain the data.

i think some of the continuous data can be converted to categorical data and then analyzed, thx
