We made a data base with data coming from litterature. There are static and dynamic data. We are trying to find a solution to analyse this data base. Is it possible to analyse it? Have you got some solutions to make this database usable?
It is difficult to compare data coming from different contexts; and methodology is other issue to consider. In healthcare is often used meta-analysis combining data from more than two randomized trials. I think it is not possible to analyze data from literature for ethical and scientific reasons. You can construct a table adding source of the information, date and comments from methodology and environmental conditions and it will make possible to extract valuable conclusions.
You can use a multivariate analysis, for example Principal component analysis, with this you could see relation between the variables and observations.
