There have always been a challenge when we want to attach nano-composite on glass surface. Adhesion to glass surface is a very difficult task. Do you have any experience for solving this problem? Can you suggest any good method? How to prepare the glass surface for the best adhesion?
It's difficult to answer this question without knowing what kind of "nano-composite" material you are trying to deposit. If it is temperature sensitive, then screen printing or spin coating would be something to try. If it can survive high temperature, e-beam evaporation or other PVD/CVD methods can be explored. Heat treatment after low-temp deposition can also enhance the structural stability.

You could try to add glass frit to your fluid which etches in to the glass surface when treated with a high-temperature thermal process. This moght enable a very strong adhesion.
However, the applicability of this approach obviously depends very much on your process, device properties and the tolerance of your device regarding process Temperaturen.
