I have found some bacterial colonies in LB agar plate containing antibiotic Ampicillin.Now i need to store it, cause i am not able to continue the work until next week.So which temperature should i use to store the LB agar plate with the E.coli bacteria colonie?

I always store my bacteria on LB plate at 4°C for 10 days maximum.
For your information, most often we observe sattelite colonies (small E. coli type colonies) in LB-Amp. They typically appear because beta-lactamase secreted by the transformed vector cells degrade the antibiotics around the transformed cells. Thus leading to growth of non-transformed colonies .
you have to be careful.

I have been working with E.coli and I have been using LB-KAN (Kanamycin) and I store it at 40 C
