I want to know which Strategic Planning & Management (for business) online course is better based on your experience among all related online courses and why.

Having had good experience with taking and learning new things from MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) courses, I would suggest you go to

https://www.mooc-list.com to find such courses.
I have not done a strategy course via MOOC. But I have worked on strategy while in industry. But no strategy will teach you creative thinking, which is what you need if you want to come up with strategies that are more likely to be successful**. And talking about creativity, I did teach a course related to creativity and innovation. My courses in technology and innovation management, entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation always included a healthy dose of creativity, as I am convinced that it is creativity suitably harnessed and deployed that makes a strategy more successful.
** Please do remember that any people who teach or write about strategy are often pure academics, who did not do real-world strategy, which impacted the jobs and livelihoods of many others either positively or negatively, or the failure of which could have cost them their jobs or forced demotion.
