I can use editors like BBEdit on the Mac and Notepad++ on my PC, but they only provide syntax highlighting. What I would like to see is a full-fledged editor for RDF that provides some kind of auto-complete or even understands different dialects of RDF (XML, N3, Turtle...).

maybe a little bit to much if you just want to edit some RDF, but KnowWE has a lot of Ontology Engineering features (editing with code completion, SPARQL, etc.).

If you just want to edit RDF files, any text editor would be fine, as mentioned by other researchers sublime text, atom, etc.

on top of using protege ( https://protege.stanford.edu/ ) and Topraid Composer: http://www.topquadrant.com/downloads/topbraid-composer-install/ to edit RDF graphs and explore relationships among triples, I found this simple and sweet editor called Cognitum Fluent editor, it has a very user friendly user interface that allows parallel RDF data processing ... for instance you can massage your model and running SPARQL queries on the fly, it also provides interaction with your ontology diagrams, a SWRL debugger, and protege interoperability (in case you have developed your ontologies and taxonomies on that platform), the free edition provide almost all what you need.

If you need a more advanced RDF editor, look at the RDF and SPARQL plugin (https://rdfandsparql.com/) for JetBrains IDEs. It supports all RDF 1.1 formats as well as SPARQL 1.1. Including the RDF-star and SPARQL-star extensions.
It features syntax highlighting and validation, prefixed name completion, SPARQL 1.1 Protocol support and much more.
You don't have to buy a JetBrains IDE, since the plugin works with the free versions too.
