I am analyzing hummingbird pollination networks and want to know the degree of overlap in resource use in a graphic manner beyond the calculation of diversity indices in resource utilization. I will appreciate sharing your experience regarding suitable R libraries that could calculate specialization indices and graph pollination networks.

The network analysis can be performed with SpiecEasi (Kurtz et al., 2015) and visualized with package igraph (Csardi and Nepusz, 2006).

The R package bipartite (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/bipartite/index.html) does everything you want to do.
I often use it to display and analyse plant-pollinator networks.

In this article I used the package only for graphical representations, but it can be used to calculate all the indices you want very easily.
