Dear all,
I tried Protege (OntoGraf, OWLViz) and WebVOWL http://vowl.visualdataweb.org/webvowl.html to visualize an existing ontology in owl file but I was not satisfied by the exported image (apart of the fact that I could not save in vectorial format the text for the properties/classes either is not visible at all either is so small that is not readable).
What other free resources are available that produce a good quality visualization, preferable a vectorial format export?

Hi!
Just found this OWLGrEd http://owlgred.lumii.lv/ and is preety good, gives satysifing images, and allows also export in SVG format. Is exactly what I was looking for.
It appears to only accomodate small ontologies. I received an error message, saying my file is too large, when I tried to upload an ontology to view.
Personally http://owlgred.lumii.lv/online_visualization is a good ontology visualization tool. You can view the whole ontology and find easily if there are any redundant classes or view relationships.
I will add VOWL http://vowl.visualdataweb.org/webvowl.html where you can view and edit your ontology.
