I wanna use acidic or alkaline solution(like desmuting solution) for treatment.

You can try Plasma electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) method. It is one of the simplest surface treatment on Al and its alloys, employing alkaline electrolyte (considered environmentally friendly as compared to acidic electrolyte) and high voltage. The results would be thick, high adhesive, and corrosion resistant coatings, which would be applicable in high temperature as well as corrosive environments.
