Have a look at the review by Farmer at al.: https://journals.gre.ac.uk/index.php/msor/article/view/311.

it is sometimes easier to export into Excel first then upload into SPSS.

We recommend SoGoSurvey to our students.

In response to Matthew Kerry , Qualtrics is ok but Survey Monkey charges £31 to download the raw data.
