I want to purify a silver nano particles solution using an stirred ultrafilteration cell . I had 10kDa filters but I am not sure if this Molecular weight cut off (MWCO) size would proper for silver nano particles or not ? So please help me to know the best MWCO or if the 10kDa would work ok ?

Usually the MWCO is corresponding to the MW of protein, so what you have to do next is to find out the size of protein with such MW. As a guidance you can check Table I in here www.biologicalproceduresonline.com/content/11/1/32 , and as you can see, for 10 kDa it roughly translate to Rmin (minimum radius) 1.42 nm, in other word, for a spherical protein, it will have the diameter around 2.84 nm. The next step is easy, just compare the size of your nanoparticle with the pore diameter of the membrane.
I have used 10 kDa MWCO CE dialysis membranes for purification of biomolecule (amino acid, DNA base, small peptide, etc) functionalised AuNPs of ca. 16nm size.
