I planned to make some samplings about foraminifera diversity and analysis for the FORAM index in some beach in Indonesia. I also make some monitoring using LIT for the coral reef and UVS for fishes. Is that possible to use the same line transect as a baseline for my foraminifera sampling to be representative for the study site?
Thanks Dola. I also had make some disscussion with some of my colleagues and some of them suggest me the soil arthropods sampling methods which only include 5 sampling points in 25 m x 100 m. The design told that the 5 points spread in the 4 quadrant. Each quadrant have 1 sampling point and the 5th point located in the center of quadrant. In your opinion, what is the more appropriate and suitable for my conditions that I mentioned before?
