I’m planning to investigate paranoid ideation among clinically social anxious individuals. I’m looking to find out what you’d consider to be the most efficient measure.
There are many scales for paranoid ideation but the choice depends from the aims of your research: Paranoid Thoughts Scale (Green et al., 2008); Paranoia Scale (Fenigstein and Vanable, 1992), Psychotic Symptoms Rating Scale (Haddock et al., 1999) and paranoid items of the PDI (Peters et al., 1999). For assessing the insight of ideation you can use the Brown Assessment of Beliefs Scale (BABS; Eisen et al., 1998). Good work!!!
