Hi! I am researching Career Construction Theory's Adaptation model as applied to student success in university students. While I have found good measures of career adaptability, adapting responses, and adaptation results, I am having trouble pinning down adaptivity (readiness). Researchers have used measures of personality traits, core self evaluations, proactivity, future orientation, career optimism, learning goal orientation (and more!), and it's quite confusing. I am hoping someone can recommend a good measure. Thanks, Tanya
