What is the best spectrum for an office, classroom, or other architectural scenes?
Spectrum affects people's visual needs, work efficiency, comfort, psychological or physiological rhythm. How to determine the best spectrum, the best dynamic spectrum for occupants?

A very interesting question. People need. What do they need under the indoor spectrum. For different people, it is possible that they may have various demands. It is difficult to give a standard to all people with different demographics and aims of use. Perhaps we can find a standard that suits for most people and does no harm to health as well as encourages work efficiency.

I fully agree with Aryan, with a slight addition. At high lighting levels (500 lux or more) 6000 K is a comfortable colour temperature. However, at lower lighting levels, we prefer lower temperature colours (or warmer light). See attached diagram.
Another important point is that the spectrum should be continuous, such as that of the sun or incandescent bulbs. Good quality LEDs are rather good, but cheap fluorescent tubes or fluocompact lamps emit mainly green and red light (example also attached). Since our eye is not perfectly achromatic, the red and green images cannot be both perfectly focused, and the eye constantly commutes from one image to the other. This may lead to fatigue and headaches.
