hi
what are the most stable human CD4+ T cell line for transduction?
thank you
Hello Dhouha Daassi
You can use HuT78 CD4+ T cell line
Culture medium: IMDM + 20% FBS + 2mM L-glutamine.
Jurkat E6.1 T cells
Culture medium: RPMI + 10% FBS +2 mM L-glutamine
