You can take a look at STAR-CCM+ which is designated to CFD. In my opinion it's GUI is quite clear. However it's a comprehensive, sophisticated software with a lot of options and capabilities. Also Abaqus has CFD module.
One of the most used free CFD software is OpenFoam (http://www.openfoam.com/). The software is probably one of the best appropriate codes for academic purposes, allowing the implementation of different numerical models. Nevertheless, the training is not free of charge.
