There are many works that compare SVD and spectral transform (FFT, Wavelet, ect.) methods within the context of data dimensionality reduction or compression? But I didn't manage to find some hybrid approaches that merge both SVD and spectral model in application to further models learning over compressed data (images, signals, table data, etc.). Could please somebody suggest papers, books, etc., or at least share some thoughts here. Thanks in advance!
