I am looking for the most commonly used questionnaire used to measure work commitment/ organisational commitment (OC) and Job Stress in service industry. Can someone kindly provide me with some suggestions that I can refer to?
That would depend on how you envision stress. If you look at stress as an environmental condition that affects people, then you could look towards Job Control Questionnaire (Karasek & Theorell, 1990). If on the other hand you see stress as that reaction to environmental stimuli then you may want to look at the Trier Inventory for the Assessment of Chronic Stress (Schulz & Schlotz, 1999). Not on top of OC, sorry.,

The below questionnaire is a good construct to measure organizational commitment: Affective, Continuance and Normative based on the questionnaire of Meyer and Allen, (1997).

Before using the three component model, you might want to check teh recent develpoment, as for example the scale proposed by Klein et al. miht be more suitable. Also keep in mind to clearly specifiy what the object of the commitment is (Organization, Team, Supervisor, Goal etc.).
