Hello,

I have been reading papers about transcriptome analysis and in some of them the authors used Pearson correlation to compare RNAseq and qRT-PCR results and in some other papers the authors used Spearman correlation to compare RNAseq vc qRT-PCR.

Which method would be better? Why?
