It is a great challenge quote a unique book for construction management discipline because each of them is more detailed for a specific topic. For example, the book published by Kenley and Seppänen (Location-Based Management for Construction: Planning, Scheduling and Control ) is very good to planning, shcedulind and control...
So, a unique book don't cover effectively all dimensions of construcion management discipline. Despite of this, the book "Modern Construction Manamegement" (by Harris et al.) has been the best.
Recently was published by Lester et al. (2017) the book "Project Management, Planning and Control". I have not yet been able to analyze it in depth, but its structure is very interesting and comprehensive. It is worth checking out.
Yet, to solve this problem I adopt a broad scope of papers to complement the bibliography.
