I already have several books in cognitive radio but none is suitable to be a course book.
Well i am using "Principles of cognitive Radio" from Bigleri , Goldmsith etal. Its a nice beginner book.
There are two books that I'm primarily using now in my research. Simon Haykin, "Cognitive Dynamic Systems, Perception-Action Cycle, Radar, and Radio", Cambridge Press, 2012. Ekram Hossain, Dusit Niyato, and Zhu Han, "Dynamic Spectrum Access and Management, Cognitive Radio Networks", Cambridge Press, 2009. The second one is more comprehensive, and both can be recommended as course book material for post graduate studies.

Unfortunately no, I wish having to share as such. I purchased them from Amazon.com.
