My name is Mohammad Azimi and I have decided to pursue my Ph.D. degree in the field of HR and organizational behavior. Regarding my M.A. degree which was in the field of marketing management, I don't have enough knowledge in the field of HR and organizational behavior but I'm really eager to learn about this field. You can search book on human resource on IGI Global portal or springer portal. You will find good stuff.

Join SHRM (society for human resouce management) there is a national chapter and usually a local chapter (or school chapter). Once you have member access there sre countless stories from the industry as well as events to attend.
The Academy of Management has great research articles on HRM. They have a student membership that allow access to articles.
