I would like to know the solvents (binary mixture) effects on fluorescence intensity. Actually, in order to know trend, it is best the co-relate fluorescence emission with the solvent polarity, dielectric constant etc as one of the vital physical parameter. In my case I am using binary mixture to see variations in the fluorescence intensity. So could anyone suggest me how to calculate the dielectric constant (or any other best parameter) of binary mixture (in each fractions) which i can co-relate with my fluorescence intensity values.
