MIC

minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is the lowest concentration of an antimicrobial (like an antifungal, antibiotic or bacteriostatic) drug that will inhibit the visible growth of a microorganism after overnight incubation.

You can use agar well diffusion or agar well dilution methods.

Perform following steps:

1. Dilute the latex at different concentrations in distilled water aseptically.

2.Perform Disc diffusion test as per standard methods (Buer et al).

3. Compare the result with standard antibacterials.
