Hello all,

I'm evaluating a psychological symptom measure with two different common scoring methods. The two methods produce results that are in agreement (with respect to whether a diagnosis is supported) 90.13% of the time in my sample. I want to know if this differs significantly (and meaningfully) from 100%. Any thoughts about a significance test that would fit this scenario? Can a t-test be used? Any thoughts about determining meaningfulness of the difference would also be welcomed, although I'm not anticipating any formal guidance out there that fits this scenario. Thanks for your ideas and expertise!
